Can I change the date of my next box?
Yes. Head to the Next Box tab in your account, pick a date that behaves better and save it. No email chain. No awkward small talk.
What if I need to skip a delivery?
Skip it from your account before the cut-off date and your next box will move along to the following cycle. Your routine is allowed to have holidays.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
You can pause or cancel from your subscription settings. We would rather make leaving easy than make staying annoying.
What happens if I run out early?
Place a one-time order for the thing you need now, or bring your next box forward from your account. Emergency shaving deserves a simple solution.
Do you deliver across the UK?
We deliver across the UK. Delivery is free when your basket reaches £15, otherwise the exact delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout.
What if the shave is not for me?
Tell us within 30 days and we’ll help put it right. We want your bathroom routine to earn its place there.
